Next Session: Sundays @ 11am  |  Apr 30 & May 7  |  Room 217/218

Discover Venture answers key questions about who we are, where we are going, why we exist… and how you can grow, serve and minister at Venture! If you desire to make Venture your home church, this is your opportunity to make a deeper commitment as a member. Discover Venture is a 2-week class that will go through the Catch the Vision curriculum in a facilitated small group format.

Next Class: Saturday @ 6pm  |  Feb 11  |  Room 219

Have you recently committed your life to Christ? Or are you a believer who has not yet been baptized by immersion? Take the next step and follow Jesus' example by being baptized here at Venture.

Water Baptism is an outward sign of what the Holy Spirit has performed in the heart of each believer. This class will explain what Baptism is, why we do it, how it is distinct from Christening or Infant Baptism, and what the requirements & procedures are for Baptism at Venture. At the end of the class, you will be able to decide if you wish to be baptized and we will assign a date & pastor to baptize you.

This group experience helps to expose new, untapped areas of your heart to the Gospel. We see frequently in the Bible that we are supposed to be experiencing the “ABUNDANT” life which typically means love, joy, peace, hope - life overflowing. But why are Christians more often than not anxious, stressed out, depressed, sad, addicted? Come discover the whys behind these types of questions. Come rediscover the Gospel in a powerful, life transforming way!

Other people don’t truly understand how tough it is to be a single parent—day after day after day. Sometimes you want to give up. And that’s a normal reaction—you’re doing the job of two people. You should be tired. You deeply desire to do what’s best for your kids, but you worry that you can’t. Single & Parenting groups address these concerns. At a weekly Single & Parenting group, you’ll meet with other single parents to learn and discuss some amazing parenting strategies and hope-filled insights. Each Single & Parenting session has three distinct elements: A video seminar, small group discussion, and workbook-based personal application.
