Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for oversight of all Human Resources programs and functions.  Responsibilities encompass, developing, engaging, retaining and rewarding talent; negotiating compensation including benefits programs and administration; employee relations, including terminations; maintaining personnel records and other HR systems; training.  Ensure that HR policies and procedures, and compliance are being adhered to by all employees.  The Human Resources manager will support the Executive Pastor to develop and deliver measurable goals and objectives for all employees in Church and School.
