Raffle Terms and Conditiond

  • Eligibility
    Participation in this raffle is open to all eligible individuals who meet the entry requirements. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.


  • Entry
    Participants may enter the raffle by email or phone.


  • Raffle Draw
    The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries during the raffle draw. The draw will take place on every hr on oct 4 and 5 between 4pm to 8pm.


  • Prizes
    All prizes are final and non-transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize.

    • The winner has the option to decline the prize. If a prize is declined, the winner’s name will be re-entered into the raffle for future drawings.
    • Once a participant wins a prize, they are no longer eligible to enter or win any subsequent raffle draws.

  • Claiming Prizes
    Winners will be notified via [insert method of notification, e.g., email, phone, etc.] within 24 hours of the draw.

    • Winners have 7 days from the date of notification to claim their prize. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.

  • Disqualification
    Any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified at the discretion of the raffle organizer.


  • Organizer’s Rights
    The raffle organizer reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.


  • Limitation of Liability
    The raffle organizer will not be held liable for any issues, delays, or disputes arising from participation in this raffle or the acceptance of prizes.


  • Agreement to Terms
    By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by the raffle organizer.
