Suicide & Crisis Hotline

The Santa Clara County Suicide & Crisis Hotline is a 24-hour, toll-free confidential suicide prevention hotline available seven days a week for phone intervention and emotional support by highly trained, volunteer Crisis Phone Counselors.

CityTeam

CityTeam offers assistance for daily food, clothing, shelter, drug rehab, education, and career enhancement for people who want help out of homelessness, poverty and addiction.

RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics

RealOptions provides life- affirming holistic health care with or without insurance. Their services include well woman care, STD testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, options consultations, ultrasounds, prenatal care, abortion pill reversal treatment, material support, and optimal health education for parents and students. They also provide pregnancy loss healing to anyone impacted by miscarriage, abortion, or stillbirth.
